"Originally the plan was to make this a home based business operating under CA Cottage Food regulations. We have even got as far as getting in a few stores, but we stopped until we got everything in order. We were bummed that we couldn't run it from home but really it didn't matter because we could only make small batches at home. We found a great commercial kitchen space - The Hood Kitchen. At The Hood we have already tripled our per brew capacity and can easily brew coffee everyday."
