Kitchen Rental Rates and Fees

Effective November 1, 2014

Designated kitchen space is described in the Handbook and is available for use on an hourly basis. We can work with you to schedule time for anywhere from a one-time use the next day, to reserving regular, recurring time slots for up to sixty days in the future. Kitchen spaces are available for reservation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a first-come, first-serve basis through the Website. Click here for detailed descriptions and photo of kitchen space. Peak hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Non-Peak hours are 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. 
Facility Surcharge: 7% of total scheduled use fees. These fees are automatically calculated upon website checkout.

Overtime Fees: Client will be charged overtime fees for use of the Facilities beyond the reserved time at the highest hourly rate for the time slot. In the event The Hood Kitchen Space is unable to reasonably accommodate Client's request for such additional time, Client shall adjust its use to allow for cleanup of it designated space within the time allotted to Client so that Client does not interfere with the next scheduled use. Payment of overtime fees is due immediately upon receipt of The Hood Kitchen Space's invoice, and if not immediately paid, will be deducted from the Client's Security Deposit. Credit Card Authorization forms are required for all clients and hours are billed as soon as they are used. 

Monthly Storage Fees:

 * Dry Storage $20 per each 4 foot shelf
  $20 per each 3 foot shelf
 * Walk-in Cold Storage $20 per each 4 foot shelf
  $20 per each 3 foot shelf
 * Walk-in Freezer Storage $20 per each 4 foot shelf
  $20 per each 3 foot shelf

*Storage is only available to clients who use 10 hours or more per month in Prep or Kitchen Space.
