Descriptions and Photos of Kitchen Space

The Hood Kitchen Space has six brand new, fully equipped kitchens, built to accommodate the unique requirements of our clients. Kitchen ONE has a tilt skillet for clients requiring high capacity cooking. Two of the kitchens are ideal for baking with brand new cook lines, reach-in refrigerators, maple top tables, shelves for day use and separate prep sinks. Baking Kitchen FIVE is also outfitted to accommodate demonstration cooking classes, filming, or small team-building events. There is a private venue area attached to the studio that can accommodate up to 25 people.

The STUDIO

The Studio is a private venue perfect for hosting a workshop, tasting or group meeting. It can accomodate up to 25 people and comes complete with 4 stainless steel rolling tables and 20 chairs that can be arranged to best suit your event layout. The Studio is HDMI ready which makes presenting on the big flat screen TV as easy as 1, 2, 3.

 

 

Prep Space ONE 

These 5' Stainless steel spaces are ideal for prepping vegetables or other ingredients that require a prep sink.  These spaces share one prep sink and are best suited for Cottage Food clients or clients who do not have cook line requirements.  Please note that Prep Spaces are NOT equipped with any sheet pans, equipment, speed racks, etc.

 

 

Prep Space TWO

This space is ideal for a dry packaging area.  Does not include access to shared prep sink. Please note that Prep Space does NOT come equipped with any sheet pans, equipment, speed racks, etc.
